Returns will only be accepted at the time of delivery after inspection from the customer. The reason for return will need to be indicated to the delivery person when goods are received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customized orders will not be eligible for return. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Delivery charges are nonrefundable except in the case of damaged goods. For damaged goods that are returned at the time of delivery, the full price of the goods plus delivery charges will be refunded and return shipping charges will not apply. For goods returned for any other reason, return shipping will be deducted from your refund of the price of goods.
We will inform you via call and/or email about the exact Delivery times. However, all deliveries will be made within a maximum period of 10 working days unless specifically stated otherwise.
